Unlock request - Bulgaria

Dear unlock editors,
I'd like to request an unlock to the segment below in Bulgaria.
The reason for that is that the road has been recently changed - entry to north has been forbidden and traffic is re-routed to east, then under the bridge, and to the west again.

Thank you Dimiter for bringing the traffic change to the awareness of the editing community. While I don't have editing rights in Bulgaria I can suggest that someone in their forum here - viewforum.php?f=306 can help you with the road changes that you have observed. Thank you for helping out with the map and keeping it current.
