Road closed can't add it because I'm nog level 2 or 3

Always I need to be at least level 2 to edit things. Like now, a road is closed for a week, not on waze. But I can't add it because I'm not level 2 or 3 :roll:

So I can I become level 2 or 3 quickly?

I would suggest you get in touch with your local editing community for assistance. They can assist with ensuring the road closures are added and with teaching you how to edit properly so you can increase in rank.
