I-355 at Lake St (US-20) near Itasca, IL
I noticed a UR about an incorrect turn but the road is locked so cannot make the change.
The right turn (the arrow pointing to the west on the map) on the highlighted segment should be disabled.

I also noticed another possible turn that should be disabled in that same area. The segment isn't locked but I can't change the turn (possibly because it connects to a locked segment?).

The right turn at "A", while it doesn't appear to be an illegal turn (lack of "no right turn" signage) it isn't preferred. People should be directed to use the ramp. Or, is this acceptable in case people miss the ramp?
