The "yellow" sections of Asbury Ave need a level 5 unlock/editor so that they can be changed to major highway and State Rte 66 E/W to better reflect the way the road is signed.

I unlocked the area. Lock what you feel should be locked when you finish.

I unlocked EVERYTHING that extends into that screen.
Check the area and relock what is appropriate.

The "yellow" sections of Asbury Ave in the link above are still coming up with a level 5 lock.
