I unlocked the segment you wanted unlocked.
In the future, please select all the segments you want unlocked.

1) hold down the ctrl key and click on each segment, selecting it.
2) right click on the word 'permalink' in the lower right corner of your screen.
3) select 'copy link address'
4) paste THAT permalink into your unlock request.

That way we do not need to guess what you want unlocked.

Thanks, it was just the one segment.
Should we indicate such when there is only a single segment that needs to be unlocked?
