I've changed it from a ramp type. It's need to prevent the client from giving a U-Turn as a direction.

Point A of the ramp is not connected to the highway, and it needs a level 5 now to connect it.

Enable the Left Turn to go north onto Monmouth Rd. at "B".
Make the highway straight again.

Wouldnt you want to eliminate this segment and connect the ramp to point B? Also the southbound direction of travel is disabled for SR-71 on this segment.

Originally I requested a mapcat bowtie due to these segments allowing a u-turn from Route 36 Eastbound to Route 36 Westbound by making the left hand u-turn.
