-I-90 The Express Lanes had a surprise reversal which may not get updated before the weekend. I placed a closure for the opposite direction to at least keep from routing where you can't go.

Finally caught up on all closures that I know of from WSDOT and SeattleDOT. A few from Tacoma.

May 6th 2016:
All WSDOT closures posted at the time
Spokane closures that I could decipher. Probably got a few wrong, Spokane's rather vague some times.
Seattle closures up to Mar 22nd (lots of Runs/Walks on the 22nd)
