I work in the Fife area regularly and have some info on the nightly closures on 12th St. E.
Recent user report at this location too that I was trying to help with...

Fife, WA
12 St. E (random sections closed at different times, but generally from 54th Ave. E. to Alexander)

7pm to 5am nightly until Aug. 18th

The construction project manager said it may go to the end of the month, but I will let you know if it needs to be extended.

I think you mean March...

Construction closure: 52nd btw 12&Brooklyn - Electrical vault replacement, end unknown

Personal knowledge - I'm a somewhat regular visitor to the show. They start at 87th and expand southward depending on entries. A few years ago it ended at 70th.

Meridian Ave/College Way N in N Seattle has major construction for repaving. Added side road closure for 105th. Currently set for a month.

Link Tunnel escape/cross-tunnel passage construction btw U-District and Roosevelt stations - Construction closures expected to reopen "Fall 2016", I set closure til Dec 1.
These 3 segments affected.

Citing safety concerns, a single segment of 102nd is closed "until further notice" by City of Bothell.
Segment set closed til end of year.
