Ramp or Major Highway is fine.
When you drive that section, you would not consider that segment (ramp) as a ramp , also in the client the road gets graphically smaller and looks strange, but leaving it a Ramp is fine.
I do agree on changing the name to match the BGS "to I-90 E / US-395 N / Spokane"
