Keep an eye out for usa_1ltx054h

Got the heads-up from another Champ that an editor using usa_1ltx054h at the time appears to be a bit rogue. Specifically:
- Over/Drawing PLR (he is a delivery driver so they often want all the back-way access driveways to delivery locations, etc.)
- Said well google has it so why not waze
- Said jokingly or not jokingly not going to read the wiki, blah blah blah.
