I looks like Waze isn't interested in us using their product.

The posting at gas stations actually even include a tenth of a cent. So it would read 88.7¢. The system is actually not really working yet since it does not have the list of brands, for example.
I believe I sent a form with a short list of brands in PR. It was an official WAZE form for this type of request. This was two months ago. I thinks I missed two or three of the large brands. A huge change of gas station branding happened in PR just this past year, so it gets confusing.
