New Subdivision Road

Post by sta83
Sorry if this has been asked, but maybe someone can point me in the right direction. I'm new at this and have no idea what I'm doing. We just moved into a new house in a newer subdivision and our road isn't showing up on any maps. I tried to add it in the editor and it gave me this error when I tried to save it: Property id of Segment with ID -100 references Segment with no generated ID for -100

On the map itself, it just shows us being in the middle of a corn field.

Thanks!

Good afternoon sta83,

Welcome to Alabama.

Alabama is part of the SER region and we use a communications platform called Discord. This is where all the editors of the region new and senior communicate guidance and assistance if you would like to join.

Just to get an idea of where your adding the road. If you go down to the bottom right corner of the editor there is a chain symbol. If you hover your mouse over it and hold down ctrl + c it will create a link of where your at on the map. If you could post that in a reply we can better assist you.

Thanks.
