I need help from a level 3 or higher editor in York County, Lower Winsor Township. There are two fixes that are needed. Spyker Rd has a left turn restriction and Canadochly Rd has a right turn restriction, both need to be allowed. East Prospect Rd has a level 3 lock on it.
