It appears that both segments are fixed only for the A->B directions, but not the B->A directions.

What is a "BOTG" report?

As for reporting it, there is no "general" category option when reporting a problem from the web-based live map. Only options are "incorrect address", "Missing road", "Missing landmark", "incorrect turn", "missing roundabout" and "wrong driving direction."

I also considered just adding a comment block on the map, but figured it was time I actually post in the forum. (I was on the discord channel last night, but there's simply no way I'd get away with that while I'm at work in the daytime...)

This sounds more like a BOTG report than a complaint.
I fixed the Speed Limits on these two segments:

If you ever need to drop a map problem report and can't find the correct category, just use the "general" category.
