So does PA want to join the crowd and get one of those new-style state pages? I just started one for VA because some of the editors were asking for it.

The new template is just a way of organizing all the states' informatin in the same order. All our state-specific information can stay, of course.

For your approval:
I have created a "test" version of the Pennsylvania page.
I merely copied the content from the current page into the new page.
This makes the new page at least as good as the current page.

I suggest we switch to the new page immediately.

As soon as we get the new page into place, we can start any discussions of changes that can be made to the new thing.

Incremental improvement.

I have now removed the FC information from that page -- it was too simplistic.
I will revisit this soon, but would not like this to delay switching the page to the new format.

And, yes, a better reference would be

It will be just as easy to continue to update and improve sections of this page in the future as it has been in the past

I got agreement from our state managers and have now brought the new PA page live.
