I like the google doc idea that's linked back into the wiki page so people know that's where it's being maintained.

I just wanted to mention that if people want to choose Wiki but don't know how to edit it, I have no problem and an willing to do it on their behalf if they send me a PM. However, I chose a shared google doc bc you can put it in both a wiki page and forum and will remain the same in both places.

I like the forum idea and would like to see a "stickied" thread in the PA forum similar to the US Unlock & Update Request thread in the US forum. It would be viewable by all editors and can be marked as solved once the project is complete. It also keeps it "social" as where filling out a spreadsheet is more like work. Unpaid editors might prefer to post messages rather than entering data.
The spreadsheet summary is also great idea and should be used by higher rank editors and regional coordinators to keep track.

Waze use shared doc all the time. Easy for all to update. This may cut down a step or two.
