Même souci pour moi depuis deux semaines environ. Est-ce général ? Les points n'avancent pas mais le classement non plus, ce qui signifierait logiquement que tout le monde est à l'arrêt !...
J'ai laissé un message sur la page FB, pas de réponse. Idem dans mon avis sur l'appli...

Il faut être patient, on est tous dans le même cas

Cela fait 3 semaines que Waze ne prend pas en compte mes trajets. Le GPS fonctionne très bien, les alertes également, mes signalisations également, mais mes points ne bougent pas et je recule au classement. J'ai pourtant changé de téléphone (pas pour cette raison!). Quelqu'un aurait une explication?

Quick answer: Waze staff are aware of the problem and currently trying to fix it.

A ce jour : 17 !
Le sujet a été évoqué plusieurs dizaines de fois. Il y en a au moins 2 nouveaux par jour sur le forum français.
Waze est au courant, la raison en a été déterminée et il faut désormais corriger le problème.
