I live on a street where the houses are separated from the 4-lane main road by an island and front on a 1-lane service road. I don't know if it is a bug or requires a change, but when waze is told to navigate to an address along this section of road, it does not direct the traveller to get off the main portion of the road and onto the service road prior to arriving at the house number. The road in question is East-West Highway in Silver Spring, MD, between the 2500 block and the 2900 block. The service roads are shown on the map.
