I've seen a lot worse. I cleaned it up a little bit. It looks like someone already had tried to clean it up. The biggest problem was about 200 junctions where there used to be more interior roads that someone already removed.

My guess is that someone copied this directly from GMaps, which has every lane in the parking lot mapped.

I work in NBP; whatever changes have been made in the last six months or so have worked out well because Waze routes me just fine in this area.
