Completely ignoring I-95 in routing choices based on time
So I have a UR from someone who wants to take I-95 to work in the morning. They claim that I-95 is the faster choice, but every morning, Waze does NOT give them I-95 as a route option.
I checked this in the live map, and yes, during his morning commute, I-95 is NOT an option. This is during 5:30-6:00am. In fact it doesn't become an option until around 9am, when you would think traffic would be the heaviest.
To illustrate, check out the live map for his journey HERE. Note that I-95 is most likely an option for whenever NOW you are viewing the map.
So choose 5:30am as a time. Note there is no I-95 option. Continue going down the times until you get to 9:00 am, when a I-95 option finally shows up.
Any idea why? I asked user if there is any time-based turn or ramp restrictions, but he claims none.
