I can create the break. I don't recall how to drop a UR (using LiveView?) but I guess I can do that too. I have GHO live on my mobile so I can send/receive message. Just not copy/paste links all that easily.

Thanks for helping me fix this. Old Mountain Road now has a break to prevent thru traffic routing while allowing routing to local residents in the area. This will be maintained until the construction is complete.

Found this article, but like you said, no definitive date for reopening. In that case, I would disconnect the road at that point and add a [CONSTRUCTION] UR to the map so folks know not to mess with it until we hear that it's reopened. Let me know if that's something you want to try, or if you just want me to do it...

Yup, you just go into LiveMap, and then click on the road and select "Report a Problem", then just fill it out. Just make sure you put [CONSTRUCTION] as the first thing in the body of the report so URO+ renders it correctly as a Construction UR.
