I tried marking a closed bridge in Connecticut, but was unable.

There's no mobile data coverage near it, so I can't mark it while there in the car, and it doesn't show up as being in my drivable area, even though I was running Waze at both ends (there's also many trees, perhaps the GPS wasn't seeing the sky at those points).

The south end of the closure is where Malabar Dr. hits Winthrop Rd, and the N end is where Westbrook Rd turns into Winthrop Rd, in Deep River CT.

The construction has been happening for over a week and looks like it will continue for weeks longer. A cyclist told me the bridge is scheduled to be demolished & rebuilt.
