Woodbury's Fall Fest level 4 needed

Can someone create a event in Woodbury ct. Main Street will be closed from Judson Ave to Washington Rd today from 2 to 6pm due to the annul Fall Fest. here is the website http://www.wowbury.org/fall-fest-2016.html

In the future, please post events in advance so they don't have to be rushed. The CT editors have a few ways to track these events, but need to know about them before hand.
