This is due to a bad
Google Pin for the address. There used to be a way to move address pins in Google, but I think they took it out a while ago (either that or they hid it and I can't find it anymore). The good news is we can override the Google address pin in Waze.
You can fix this by creating a Residential Point Place by one of two ways (they both do the same thing, just different methods)...
In the App: When you are at the base of your driveway, hit Report->Place, take a photo of the outside of your house, tap the arrows (where the photo button was). At the top of the next page, select "This is a residential place", then enter the address and verify the location.
In the Waze Map Editor: Pan & Zoom the map to the correct location (or just click
HERE). At the top of the screen, click on Place, then Other. Click on your house, a circle will appear on the map. On the left panel, click the "X" next to "Other", then scroll down and click "Convert to residential" - this will turn the circle into a triangle. Still in the left panel, click on the address and fill in the details click apply. In the upper right of the screen, click on "Save".
In either case, once the Residential Place is active (it may have to be approved depending on your Waze editor rank), you will have to do a NEW search for the location - your history & favorites (including "Home") only store GPS coordinates & don't do a new search.
For privacy, your username isn't visible to others (like it is for those who create/edit businesses) & the photo is only shown to those who explicitly search for your address.
