Heads up Wazers - The Hartford Marathon will be run Saturday October 12th... There will be Closures of Surface Streets and Highway Ramps in Hartford, West Hartford, East Hartford, and South Windsor starting at about 7:30am with staggered reopenings until 2pm. There are also several pre-race closures in the area of Bushnell Park/State Capital that will start going into effect on WEDNESDAY 10/9.

This even has already been submitted to Waze's Traffic Events Center (it is NOT in the main spreadsheet, due to the scale of the event and how the closures are staggered - we're using a dedicated spreadsheet for this one).
