Incorrect Location - Patients Can't Find Hospital!

When the location "Cherry Hill Hospital" is searched in Waze it provides directions to an incorrect location. Instead of taking users to 2201 Chapel Ave W, Cherry Hill, NJ 08002 it provides directions to an undisclosed location in Philadelphia, PA on 3rd street between Market Street and Chestnut Street. I'm reaching out in hopes that this issue will get resolved quickly. Many of my companies' patients are getting lost due to the incorrect information. Thank you!

Hi, Greg.

I understand what you're saying and agree but we both know users are just going to click on the first option they see and not press enter or search to see the correct result. Would it be possible to delete this fictitious location all together so users don't even have the option to click on the incorrect auto-populated choice? I just checked this morning and the incorrect location still auto-populates. Thanks!

Hi, Greg.

I see. I wish this could be fixed more quickly. However, if this is what we must do then I will make a point to inform our patients of the issue until it is resolved. Thank you for you help!

Users should be encouraged to search by address when a location doesn't appear to be where it belongs.
The full name of the facility is "Jefferson Cherry Hill Hospital".
I've added "Cherry Hill Hospital" as an alternative name, but users will likely not see the proper place in the autopopulated suggestions that appear while typing. One must hit "enter" or "search" to see a list of possible places.

Hi, Nicole.
Unfortunately the erroneous location is coming via Google, which is the database for those as-you-type autocomplete suggestions.

Waze Volunteer Editors have no special powers on Google Maps, but I've found a place in Google Maps as (as a user) requested removal. This may take quite some time, so your patients should be encouraged to search for the entire official hospital name - "Jefferson Cherry Hill Hospital".
