Route 15 Rockaway NJ

Someone had left a report about this intersection. It's the route 15 U turn, but it looks like the turn is now not allowed. I tried to correct, but was not allowed to make the change (guessing because it connects to route 15 which is a major road?). I did manage to change the name which was listed incorrectly as route 19 turnaround.

Looks correct to me. I'm driving it later today (probably won't be updated?) and then again next week.

I drove past the U turn this afternoon - it's under construction. The road is totally ripped up. I doubt it will be open for at least a month or two. Re-close it?

I enabled that turn restriction. Please take a look at it and let me know if that's good. Thanks.

OK. Nothing beats, boots on the street. Thanks for checking this in person.
I added a RR road segment with a note "Not to add U-Turn for about 2 months" This will prevent editors to add U-turn by looking at the aerials.
