Issue on Hutch, level 4+ needed

It looks like something broke on the southbound Hutchinson River Parkway, it is causing users to hop off the parkway, drive sidestreets, and hop back on. It is reproducible on the live map.

Instead of following my crudely drawn red line, traffic is being diverted off the parkway. I took a look but did not see anything obvious like turn restrictions or disconnected nodes.

It seems to be related to this junction. The curious thing is that a staff member edited the input segment recently.

One thing is possible, though not terribly likely. Because changes to turn restrictions do not update the modified date or user, it could be that there was a bad turn restriction in there recently, and has since been fixed. If you can replicate in the client after doing a data refresh, and you can do the same after the next tile update, then that is not likely the problem.

The reason you will need to validate in the client before and after the next tile update is because the livemap seems to be on a different (slower) refresh interval. The livemap could be showing stale issues that are no longer present in the client.
FYI while livemap visual display of the map tile is on a shower refresh rate, the routing is not. You can verify this by routing over new segments showing in the client, not yet showing in livemap, you will still see the navigation line use them and their names in the instruction list, even though you don't see the roads themselves.
