Were I to change anything (I'm not) it would be to set it as a major highway, not freeway, given the nature of the western and eastern approaches.

I agree that the names should be more descriptive ... but having only visited that area a couple of times many years ago, I'll leave the decision on the names up to those with more local knowledge. That said -- what you proposed sounds logical to me also.

For now I've made the change to include Inbound/Outbound. But please continue discussion here and I will make changes if needed.

Good point on the type. The surface streets in NJ (12th and 14th) were set as Freeway and named "I-78". I changed that to the more appropriate Major Hwy with the actual street names. (Yay for Interstates with traffic lights!)

May as well continue that type through the tunnel. The Lincoln Tunnel is already Major Hwy as well. Consider it done.
