I recall some major sync errors around the time that I was working on this. I-290 used to be represented by a single two-way road (which was what those two conjoining lines ran toward); apparently that got messed up by the sync errors (it kept those two but kept the freeway also -- or maybe lost the freeway segments completely, causing them to need to be re-drawn?). Anyway, it should be a lot better now -- thanks for mentioning it!
