Balboa Blvd, Los Angeles/Northridge Speed Limit Change

Balboa from at least the 101 to the 118 is now 40 mph. I'm not of a sufficient level to change it.

I can tell you the 40 signs are up on the eastern portion of Burbank Blvd. (looks like Sepulveda all the way to Burbank city limits).

Thanks! We knew LA changed a ton of speed limits, but didn't realize they would be updating the signs so quickly. This will be in the next update, from Victory to Rinaldi. Don't hesitate to let us know if you come across any others that have changed. We have the list but would prefer not to jump the gun :)

Per the city it's from the 405 to Clybourn. I have that all set now.
