Santa Cruz Veterinary Hospital Address Incorrect

When you search on the map for Santa Cruz Veterinary Hospital the incorrect address is coming up. I work for SCVH and we have moved to 1980 41st Avenue Capitola, CA 95010. Can we please have this corrected as well as the search for Nicola Mohr. This address should be 1980 41st Avenue Capital, CA 95010. The incorrect address for Santa Cruz Veterinary Hospital & Nicola Mohar is 2585 Soquel Drive Santa Cruz, CA 95065.

Please also correct the Hospital name for the address 2585 Soquel Drive Santa Cruz, CA 95065 to be Pacific & Santa Cruz Veterinary Specialist. By having SCVH have the address for this hospital we are receiving critical patients who could pass away that we have to redirect to the correct hospital for them to get the care that they need. I have been trying to get this resolved for a while and am not sure what further to do.

Also Alexander Nick when you search under Santa Cruz Veterinary Hospital needs to be updated. This doctor is at both locations.

I go to my Waze app and search Santa Cruz Veterinary hospital. The first one takes me to the correct location. The others do not, they go to the incorrect addresses.

Now there are only two Santa Cruz veterinary hospitals showing. So that’s good. It’s still showing the Santa Cruz veterinary hospital live oak cdp address that when selected takes you to the incorrect address that is pacific & Santa Cruz veterinary specialist.

I removed the old location for SCVH and created a new one. The issue with Nicola Mohr is actually a google search result and not in Waze - I have suggested an updated location to Google Maps, and made a link in Waze. If you remove either location from navigation history and search for it again, you should now be routed to the correct place for either.

I believe you mean the old location is Pacific & Santa Cruz Veterinary Specialist?

How did you search? What happens when you choose one of them (Not including Alexander Nicki)? Waze displays both Google and Waze results, and I have tied them together so that they should route correctly regardless of which one you choose.

OK. I found an extra entry for SCVH at the old location. I suggested Google Maps rename it to Pacific & Santa Cruz Veterinary Specialist, and linked it to that location in Waze.

Place updates in Waze are generally immediate, but not Google Maps. We may need to wait a day or two for the bad locations to fall out of search.
