I wish I could figure out exactly what's wrong here. I'm certain the same person has put in both requests but I have no idea what the underlying issue is.

So since they're internal numbering isn't working yet, there's little I can do to address this problem, correct?

I don't have access but I'll keep it in mind for the future.

Ah, thx. I was thinking didn't have access to google or navteq to change the address location.

The address pin for whatever address they are searching for has to be closer to one of the two cul-de-sacs. Based on the report, the one it is closer to is NOT the correct one.

Waze navigates to the closest segment to the GPS coordinates returned by the third party search provider.

If you have access to the beta editor, you can start a conversation and tell them that they have to submit an update to Google to move the pin AND they should also follow the instructions laid out in the FAQ (HINT: the important link after they read it is in the second to last paragraph of the section, the words "found here")
