Expired restrictions - Validation Warning

I keep seeing expired restrictions showing up in the validator... they seem to have all been added by MBBSpeedy and just was wondering what their intent was and are they ok to remove? They all seem to have been one day closures....

I haven't been editing them, but I'd like to know what they were for and what I should do with them!

Those were mostly short term or even one day closures of streets for various events around Raleigh. They have the street closures listed on their public information web-site.

Any that you find as already past (expired) should be deleted. One of these days I'll get around to running validator in that area again myself. :P
