[L5] U-turn down the street instead of left turn

Can anybody assist with Wake Forest access help with this issue, Level 5 access possibly needed?

As specified by the reporter Waze is requesting him to go down the street and do a U-turn instead of taking a left on the street light. All roads appear to be enabled for the appropriate turns.

I've been told by a fellow editor that this issue is known. It appears to happen when the data connection is interrupted or all of the tiles are not loaded properly. Can someone verify or deny this?

This issue has been corrected! Thank you @AlanOfTheBerg for assisting with this issue. This specific issue was caused by the middle segment being labeled as a toll road which somebody with "Avoid Tolls" would have had issues with.

A separate incident in the same area was caused thanks to Waze's mathematical algorithm, it believes that going down the street and making a U-turn will be faster than waiting for a long left light to turn green.
