It certainly looks right, everything is connected properly, and turns are accurate given the arrows that can be seen from the aerials.

I wonder if Waze is giving directions to take the exit to Stonewall St where the user is expecting to take the exit to South Blvd (or vice versa). It is odd that the exits are so close together and they essentially can take you to the same spot (turn left of the Stonewall St exit and right off South Blvd exit and then right again) probably in the same time.
