Newbie here. I tried to make the edit on the map but do not have access to the "Construction" tab.

Requesting a map edit for Magnolia Rd at Ashley River Rd to show closure due to construction expected to last until 31 July 2017.

Looks like apeachypanda is aware of this and added a map comment to the affected segment already. Based on the link you posted, Magnolia Rd is closed starting in May. Is that correct or is it already closed?
