DDOT Construction Reports

Yesterday, around Noon, quite a few DDOT Construction Reports popped up on the Live Map and via the app. They're littered just about everywhere and it looks like some were in queue for a while, finally appearing with the WME rollout. I drove my a few, which appeared to be stale and reported "Not There", but is there an easier way of doing this?

Hi Nimbus,

We've shut down the service for now as we see it's spamming the map.

It appears that the reports have popped up again, on Live Map, in a simliar fashion.
