I've had this problem since the last Waze update. The system starts telling me that an event (stopped car, police, accident, etc) is 1700 feet ahead, but then it actually is at least one mile before I arrive at the reported event. I believe it is telling me the event is 1700 feet ahead, but it is really reporting the distance in meters (i.e. 1700 meters is about 1 mile.)

Has anyone else noticed this?
