So I changed these three segments to Freeway. That should prompt a keep left/right at the two splits. Since this segment is unnamed the exit names (Exit 1D and 1C) from the next segment should carry back and give accurate directions at the first split.

I did the same thing here to prompt a keep left/right onto exits 1A and 1B.

According to the Wiki and personal experience there should now be a prompt for each of the exits 1A-D starting back before the first split. Does that seem about right to you?
