Looks like there are some road closures on Cedar Ave S and E Nokomis Pkwy. There is a link to a PDF here: http://www.threeriversparks.org/news/co ... trail.aspx that shows what will be under construction, but doesn't do a good job of showing the road closure on Cedar Ave.

Westbound Hwy 55 ramp to eastbound Hwy 5 is closed through late Sept.
Eastbound Hwy 5 ramp to Edgcumbe Road, Shepard Road and Mississippi River Boulevard is closed through late September.
Eastbound Hwy 5 ramp to Norfolk Avenue is closed through late Sept.
Edgcumbe Road bridge spanning Hwy 5/West 7th Street is closed through early Aug.

I'm a little short on MNDOT details, but the report should be explanatory. On further inspection the exit ramp does have some type of closure already on it. For whatever it still told me to use it. Jersey Barriers make this impossible (at least for me in my little car .

Hey Dallas, in my morning drive I found that both of these ramps on to HWY 100 were open. I'm not sure what action you will want take on this (just kind road workers leaving them open or open for a longer duration).

I drove by it this morning and evening and the exit ramp is indeed open.

Again I'll defer to your judgement since I'm not as familiar with how the DOT writes their documentation and how it should be interpreted. For practical purposes the ramp is open though. I would have used it, except the traffic on 100 was pretty atrocious, and so I opted for the scenic route.

The exit from NB HWY 100 to Barry St W / HWY 100 SVC road is has never closed and as of this morning is still open. Here is the link with my road report:
