Minneapolis Downtown Exit 5th Ave Open

I do not have the proper level to delete the road closure but downtown exit fifth ave (from 35w North) is now open in Minneapolis.

I've opened it.

Unfortunately, it also had a turn restriction blocking it so it will not route four a day or so until there's a map tile update.
