Many roads in the Columbus area that were previously locked to Rank 5, and now locked at Rank 4 to allow Rank 4 editors to edit.

This mass change occurred several weeks ago, and any segment locked at Rank 5 that was not a Freeway, Ramp, or Railroad, was changed to Rank 4 without any review of the segment,

Therefore there are likely many segments currently locked at Rank 4 with issues with my name as the last editor.
