Bluetooth connected odb2 reader. They've been around for ages with a wide range of apps. They're pretty nifty.

Yes, there are many out there currently. But this interface, in both software and hardware, looks to be the sleekest system I've seen. And it's relatively cheap too.

If you like working on your car, Torque is a great app for diagnostics. Don't know how I ever lived without it!
