I made a small update to the section on bridge creation. At 4-2ay junctions, it does not leave behind an unneeded junction.

I corrected an error in the section on closure permissions. Editors with RTC area can create and edit closures on segments which are outside if their editable area, but within their RTC area.

In my opinion, this is one of the best and most useful pages. When I was a new editor, it was my favorite, and I did my best to contribute to small improvements at the same time I was learning all the basics from it. But it needs a major overhaul as it is getting pretty long along with being a bit out of date. It might need some subpages.
The amount of time I have for WME stuff is small right now.
But I can take one small bite of it at a time.
What first?

Here's a proposal to fix the "top bar" problem:
Replace this image combo:
With two new images (or maybe 3) showing the same thing, plus the new stuff that goes above the username -- snapshot mode.
I would also remove the section in "top bar" since it is not there any longer and update the section titled "settings". I"ll post a link when I have some updated text.
or if anyone else wants to take a shot at it, please go ahead and CREATE A NEW FILE IN YOUR WIKI NAMESPACE with the proposed changes. We can all comment.
