[Links] From Editing Manual to Places

Being places so relevant in the new releases, and to give more visibility to them, I think should be added a direct link to it from Mapping guidelines section of Editing Manual page.

Edit: sorry the link of mapping guidelines section was wrong :oops: (already fixed)
