Private Installation Vote 1 - Most important principles

Map for everybody where possible, allow a possible (not necessarily optimal) route for everyone.

This is version B of this vote because I am unskilled at votes and messed up.

We are trying to gain consensus upon Private Installation approach and update to that Wiki page, particularly where there are difficult decisions on routing. In this non-binding poll, we identified a number of core principles that are important in Private Installations.
