however, you didn't post for nothing as you've drawn our attention on this example, supposed to illustrate a aerial shift situation, which is perfectly aligned
The Google Map aerial has been updated in August 2014 and even the Google Car has visited this region (streetview is dated with july 2014).
So, this example need to be updated and we'll try to find another location more relevant to illustrate aerial shift.
Why don't we just make a example somewhere and make a permanent screenshot with gps tracks and sat image skewed so we won't have to keep finding an example. Hopefully if it is Bad we can get it fixed instead of leaving it with a bad areal.
