What is it that you want to do? To have a local page with your community's rule's or to have existing content in your own language.

If what you want is to present local rules then you should agree with your community wether they agree on the necessity and what those rules should be.

If you simply want the existing articles in Romanian, then simply start new articles with the titles in Romanian and do the translation yourself or inviting others to help.
