Combining topics, I'd make the upper of the double-roundabouts into Minor Highway

I think we should definitely make the statement that a roundabout cannot only have one segment connected. That would help keep people from representing cul-de-sacs as roundabouts

As discussed amongst the Champs, I am still wondering if there is a valid situation of a roundabout with only two segments connected like this:
